The Linhay

The Linhay was built in the 1890’s and was originally the linhay – an open fronted barn for storing horse drawn carts.

It has been beautifully converted into a spacious and comfortable holiday cottage sleeping 6 people - one double bedroom, and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom looks out over the historic courtyard with the listed threshing barn. The other two bedrooms look out over the farm and the delightful Sid Valley.

The main bathroom, with bath, shower, wash basin and W.C. is situated on the first floor.

On the ground floor, the large kitchen is fully equipped, including a washer/dryer and food processor, with a large dining area to one side. There is a second shower and W.C., and a large lounge with patio doors opening into the private cottage garden of scented colourful flowers - the perfect place to relax after a day of Devon exploration!

The cottage has fitted carpets and electric heating for your extra comfort.
