There are major rail connections at Exeter and Honiton and bus routes stopping at Sidford (approx. three quarters of a mile away).
Proceed along the A3052 towards Lyme Regis. Passing through Sidford look out for the Blue Ball Inn on the left. Take the next turn (Harcombe Lane East) signposted Harcombe. After around 186 metres (200 yards) turn right at slate sign for Boswell Farm. Follow lane for 1/4 mile, then on left hand side the slate sign for Boswell Farm Cottages. Over the Snodbrook bridge into the courtyard area where there is ample car parking
