In a courtyard setting, the spacious, self-contained holiday cottages have been beautifully converted from the original XVIIIth and XIXth century farm buildings, and retain many original features adding to their individual character. There are oak beams and some wooden ceilings complimenting the traditional décor - the perfect atmosphere for your Devon cottage holiday!
1. Mill House Mill House for 5 - the full cottage sleeps five (plus a cot) comfortably, in one (four poster) bedroom, and one triple bedroom Mill House for 2 - with one (four poster) double bedroom, making it an ideal honeyroom retreat, or for a couple with a baby. It still has the large living room and kitchen. Mill House Ground Floor Suite - one twin bedroom with sitting area on the ground floor, for those wishing to avoid stairs. Mill House and Cider House can be linked as one cottage, sleeping up to eleven people. |
2. Cider House Cider House for 6 - the full cottage sleeps six comfortably in one double, and two twin bedrooms. Cider House for 9 - can be extended into Mill House to sleep nine (one double, two twin, one triple). Cider House and Mill House can be linked as one cottage, sleeping up to eleven people. |
3. The Granary The Granary for 5 - the full cottage comfortably sleeping 5 people in one double bedded room and one triple bedded room. The Granary for 2 or 3 - the cottage can be booked with just one bedroom, either the double or the triple, for couples or smaller groups. |

All the cottages have fitted carpets, colour television, video/DVD players, freeview boxes and electric heating. The separate large kitchens are fully equipped and include everything you would expect from 4 star accommodation. Laundry facilities are also available for guest's use.
Mill House and The Linhay have extra facilities including combined washing machine and tumble dryers, food processors and hair dryers.

Each cottage has a private enclosed garden with its own garden furniture where you will often enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by the light fragrance and beauty of cottage garden flowers.
Take a trip through ages past, sitting in the tranquil historic courtyard alongside the listed Threshing Barn standing on its original Beer Stone Pillars.
Enjoy walks in the meadow, watch the Kingfisher dart across the natural pond, listen to the gentle babbling of Snodbrook. As night time falls observe the galaxy of stars in the dark velvet sky. These will give you treasured memories!
